The European currency ended the week with a decline in relation to the lek after gaining a few points yesterday. It seems that the euro has been “stationed” below the limit of 116.90 with the lek for several weeks, gaining and losing points from day to day exactly in this segment.
According to the Bank of Albania, one euro was exchanged for 116.77 ALL today, while the day before it was 116.91 ALL.
The drop in relation to the lek was also experienced by the dollar and the British pound during the day.
The American currency was exchanged at 114.22 Lek, while the British pound was exchanged at 138.49 Lek, suffering the biggest devaluation today compared to other currencies.
